Return Policy

RETURN GUIDELINES
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your return label via email. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order delivery date. Returns sent after this time will not be honored and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping return. Gift cards are not eligible for return/exchange and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
Merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn. We do not refund shipping charges.
All sale merchandise is final sale, no returns or exchanges. As well as on sunglasses, jewelry, and clothing. 
Price adjustments on previous orders are not permitted. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.


EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made within 14 days, please specify what you would like to exchange an item for another color/size in the note section. 
We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return. Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form. If item is in stock, we will ship the exchange to you at our expense (does not apply to international orders).


DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
Damaged or incorrect items must be retuned within 5 days of receiving. Please return in original box. On the return page, select damaged/incorrect item for the return reason. If you need to send a special note in regards to replacement, please do so in the note section.  A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
